L’appel d’intérêt vise notamment à confirmer l’intérêt du marché, à valider certains paramètres  techniques et contractuels, à évaluer les délais réalistes de production et d’installation, à connaître les garanties offertes et à documenter les pratiques de l’industrie avant la préparation d’un éventuel appel d’offres.
