    Description
    Le mandat de ce contrat est de faire le damage des divers sentiers de marche hivernaux dans 10 parcs de la ville, incluant le Parc Terra-Cotta, et faire le traçage et l’entretien de piste de ski de fond au Club de Golf Beaconsfield.  La première saison du contrat (l’année ferme) est du 1er décembre 2026 au 12 mars 2027.  Il y a deux saisons optionnelles, les saison 2027-2028 et la saison 2028-2029.  La nature du contrat est le suivant : Ce contrat de services professionnels est pour l’entretien et le damage des sentier hivernaux et des pistes de ski de fond.  Le contrat inclus deux types d’interventions : les interventions sur appel à la demande du Chargé de projets et les interventions réguliers sur une période de 9 semaines de début janvier à début mars.   Procédure ouverte conformément à la Loi sur les contrats des organismes municipaux (LCOM). En cas d’égalité entre deux ou plusieurs SOUMISSIONNAIRES sur le prix le plus bas soumis, le Contrat est attribué par tirage au sort entre ces SOUMISSIONNAIRES L’organisme municipal ne s’engage à accepter aucune des soumissions reçues.
