L’OMHM procède à une procédure ouverte publique afin d’obtenir des services professionnels en architecture dans le cadre d’un projet de réfection d’enveloppe et de balcons et la remise à neuf de composantes aux habitations des Fleurs B, sis au 2035 rue Notre-Dame Ouest, 500 à 520 rue Canning, 2055 à 2125 rue Delisle. •La préparation d’estimations et de ventilations de coûts; •La confection de plans et devis; •La coordination avec les autres professionnels; •L’accompagnement lors d’appels d’offres : analyse des soumissions, préparation d’addendas et recommandations d’octroi de contrat; •La surveillance de chantier; •Les inspections pour déficiences; •La mise en service et suivi de performance; •L’accompagnement lors de litiges. La portée des travaux est décrite au DEVIS et le soumissionnaire doit s’y référer pour comprendre l’étendue de ses obligations.
