Description
Le présent appel de propositions a pour objet d'obtenir des soumissions pour les services de livraison des commandes-clients du cannabis récréatif, le tout selon les conditions de la Société québécoise du cannabis (ci-après, la « SQDC »). La SQDC souhaite obtenir des soumissions pour ces trois types de services de livraison pour les commandes-clients sur son site Web : Type 1 - Livraison standard Service offert partout au Québec, avec un délai de livraison d’un (1) à trois (3) jours ouvrables, pouvant atteindre jusqu’à cinq (5) jours pour certaines régions éloignées et desservie par transport aérien. Type 2 - Livraison rapide Service offert dans des zones ciblées, permettant une livraison le jour même, entre 18 h et 22 h, les commandes placées avant 16 h, 7 jours sur 7, dans la majorité des villes de la communauté métropolitaine de Montréal. Les commandes placées après 16h sont livrées le lendemain à l’intérieur de la même plage horaire.  Type 3 - Livraison express Service de livraison en quelques heures, généralement en moins de 90 minutes suivant la passation de la commande sur le site SQDC.ca. Ce service est offert durant les heures d’ouverture de la succursale servant de point de préparation et de collecte des commandes.
