Description
La Ville de Richelieu souhaite recevoir des soumissions pour la fourniture de services professionnels et techniques en urbanisme et en inspection municipale.   À compter du 19 août 2026, les soumissionnaires intéressés pourront se procurer les documents d’appel d’offres sur le système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) au : www.seao.ca. L’obtention des documents est assujettie à la tarification de cet organisme.   Les soumissions sous enveloppes scellées (1 original et 1 copie sur clé USB) portant la mention « Services professionnels et techniques en urbanisme et en inspection municipale pour la Ville de Richelieu» seront reçues à la réception de l’hôtel de ville, au 200, boulevard Richelieu, à Richelieu, jusqu’au mardi 8 septembre 2026, dix heures trente (10h30). Toute soumission reçue après ce délai ne sera pas acceptée et sera retournée au soumissionnaire sans être décachetée. Toute offre ne satisfaisant pas à l’une ou l’autre des conditions d’admissibilité et de conformité décrites au présent devis pourra être rejetée.   Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement, en présence d’au moins deux témoins, dans la salle du conseil de l’hôtel de ville, immédiatement après le délai fixé. Tous ceux qui soumissionneront pourront assister à l’ouverture des soumissions.   L’évaluation des soumissions est de la responsabilité d’un comité de sélection qui procèdera à une évaluation qualitative. L'analyse des soumissions sera faite à l'aide du système de pondération et d'évaluation des offres prévu au document d'appel d'offres. Pour être retenue, une soumission doit obtenir un minimum de soixante-dix (70) points au niveau de l'évaluation qualitative.   La Ville de Richelieu ne s’engage à retenir ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions présentées.
