La Municipalité de Saint-Odilon-de-Cranbourne requiert des soumissions pour : L’ENTRETIEN D’HIVER D’UNE PORTION DU RÉSEAU ROUTIER DE LA MUNICIPALITÉ DE SAINT-ODILON-DE-CRANBOURNE POUR LES SAISONS 2026-2029 (3 ANS) La Municipalité de Saint-Odilon-de-Cranbourne requiert des offres pour l’entretien d’hiver d’une portion du réseau routier de la municipalité, pour trois saisons soit les hivers 2026-2027, 2027-2028 et 2028-2029 et ce, sur longueur d’environ 22,8 kilomètres. Si le contrat est attribué, il le sera à la soumission conforme la moins cher. Les soumissions préparées sur les formules de soumission doivent être déposées au bureau municipal à l’adresse suivante : 111, rue Hôtel-de-Ville, Saint-Odilon-de-Cranbourne (Qc) G0S 3A0 ou via le système de dépôt de soumission électronique du SEAO. Les soumissions devront obligatoirement être déposées dans une enveloppe scellée, au plus tard le mardi 8 septembre 2026, à 13h30, et elles seront ouvertes publiquement immédiatement après l’heure de fermeture des soumissions à la même adresse, devant témoins, conformément à la Loi. La Municipalité ne s’engage à accepter ni la soumission la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et elle décline toute responsabilité à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions. Le contrat est adjugé sur décision du conseil de la Municipalité, à sa seule discrétion, et la Municipalité ne peut être liée d’aucune autre façon que par une résolution de son conseil. Les soumissionnaires doivent se procurer les documents de la procédure ouverte sur le site du SÉAO (www.seao.ca) ou au 1-866-669-7326. Les frais sont fixés selon la tarification établie par le SÉAO. Une garantie de soumission de dix pour cent (10%) doit accompagner la soumission. Donné à Saint-Odilon-de-Cranbourne, ce 11e jour d'août 2026.
