Le projet consiste, sans s'y limiter, au décohésionnement de la route existante, à la préparation de la surface granulaire, à la mise en place d'enrobé bitumineux, et au raccordement des entrées charretières d’une section de la route Savoie, de la Municipalité de Saint-Justin. La Municipalité de Saint-Justin, ci-après appelée « la Municipalité », demande des soumissions pour la réalisation de travaux de pavage sur la route Savoie, sur une section de trois-mille trois-cent-cinquante (3350) mètres, comprenant l'intersection de la route du Bois-Blanc et la route nommée ci-haut, en direction Nord.
