Les documents peuvent être obtenus en version téléchargeable, le tout moyennant un coût établi par le SÉAO (il est possible d’obtenir l’assistance du SÉAO du lundi au vendredi de 8 h 30 à 17 h, au numéro suivant : 1 866 669-7326). Responsable du projet Pour de plus amples renseignements, vous pouvez communiquer avec la responsable du projet, Monsieur Mark Richardson par courriel à l’adresse mrichardson@garantiegcr.com. Réception et ouverture des soumissions Toute soumission devra être reçue au 4101, rue Molson, 3e étage Montréal (Québec) H1Y 3L1, au plus tard le 16 septembre 2026 à 11 h, à l’attention du responsable du projet, pour être ouverte publiquement au même endroit le même jour et à la même heure.
