    Description
    Dans le but de protéger les travailleurs contre toute mise sous tension ou mise en marche accidentelle  des Machines, libération accidentelle d’énergies ou de substances dangereuses, EXO doit s’assurer  qu’il répond aux exigences légales et réglementaires en matière de santé et sécurité du travail. À ce  titre, l’ATTRIBUTAIRE doit :  1) Accompagner EXO dans le domaine de la santé et de la sécurité du travail, plus précisément  dans le domaine du contrôle des Énergies dangereuses (Cadenassage) en élaborant des Fiches  de cadenassage et ce, conformément au RSST ainsi qu’au Programme (incluant leur mise à jour,  révision ou modification subséquentes). Le registre des équipements concernés, pour lesquels  des Fiches de cadenassage sont requises, figure en Annexe 1 du présent Devis (le « Registre  des équipements »). Ce registre est appelé à évoluer, les mises à jour du registre seront  transmises lors des rencontres prévues à cette fin ;  2) Élaborer une procédure de travail si la méthode du Cadenassage ne s’applique pas (article 198,  RSST) ;  3) Procéder à un inventaire écrit du matériel de Cadenassage dont EXO doit s’approvisionner et ce,  pour l’ensemble des Fiches de cadenassage élaborées ;  4) Présenter sommairement les Fiches de cadenassage élaborées auprès du personnel d’EXO  concerné, pour approbation.
