    Description

    Contract Documents will be available on the Bids and Tenders website on or after May 17, 2024. Bidders are required to check for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date and time on the online bidding system; http://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca

    Sealed bids marked "Gull Lake Well Control Building - Electrical" project will be received through the online bidding system, up to 2:00 p.m. local time on June 7, 2024. Bids submitted after the online bidding system closing time will not be accepted by the online bidding system. The time as indicated by the declining time clock on the online bidding system shall be the official time for closing. 

    The Work involves but is not limited to the following: 

    • Supply, installation and commissioning of electrical instrumentation and controls equipment in a new well control building.  The well control building concrete slab, in-slab piping and building and are being constructed by the Town of Gull Lake  
    • The process mechanical and building mechanical works will be completed by a mechanical contractor engaged by the Town. The Town is responsible for coordination between the electrical and mechanical subcontractors. Process Mechanical and Building Mechanical specifications and 
    drawings are included in this package for reference purposes.   


    Additional Information


    The supply and installation of well pumping equipment, underground piping, site grading, roadways, fencing and earthworks will be completed by the Town after completion of this contract.

    Any changes to the bid documentation will be issued by means of written addenda and posted to the online bidding system and will form part of the bid. No amendment of any kind to the tenderer is effective unless it is posted in a formal written addendum. Upon submitting to this bid, bidders will be deemed to have received notice of all addenda that have been posted and deemed to have considered the information for inclusion in the tender submitted. 

    Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond and Consent of Surety Company payable to the Town of Gull Lake . 

    The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
