Building Supplies, Services and In Store Services

The intent of this solicitation is to establish one or more contracts that include a comprehensive product offering with one or more suppliers that can accommodate a nationwide demand for Building Supplies, Services and In Store Services and to fulfill obligations as nationwide suppliers to GPO Members as further specified herein.
Please go to https://kineticgpo.bonfirehub.ca/portal to review the RFSO details and documents. All Proposals must be uploaded to Bonfire by the closing date and time.
Only Proposals received on or before the Submission Deadline set out in the RFSO Timetable will be evaluated. 
Respondents are cautioned that the timing of their Proposal submission is based on when the Proposal is received, not when the Proposal is submitted by a Respondent.  Loading large documents may take significant time, depending on the size of the file(s) and your Internet connection speed. Respondents are advised to allocate sufficient time to upload documents and finalize their submissions prior to the Submission Deadline.

Addendum #1 RFSO 24-05 Building Supplies, Services and In Store Services

The following questions have been received with the responses noted below. All information provided is considered to be part of RFSO 24-05 and deemed to be included in your response.

Question #1:
Would you consider extending the term of the contract?
Response:
Exhibit B, Master Agreement, Item 1.0 Term of Master Agreement
currently reads:
“This Master Agreement shall take effect on the [*insert date*] and shall be in effect for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favor of Kinetic to extend the term for an additional period of up to two (2) years, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Master Agreement or otherwise by operation of law”
Amended to read:
“This Master Agreement shall take effect on the [*insert date*] and shall be in effect for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favor of Kinetic to extend the term for an additional period of up to four (4) years, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Master Agreement or otherwise by operation of law”

Would you consider extending the closing date?
Response:
The deadline for submissions for the RFSO has been extended
from May 31, 2024, 3:00 PM CDT to June 14, 2024, 3:00 PM CDT.
The deadline for questions has subsequently been extended
from April 26, 2024, 3:00 PM CDT to May 10, 2024, 3:00 PM CDT.
