This project contemplates redesign of the front grounds and main entrance of St Paul’s Hospital to improve safety, pedestrian and traffic flow, drop-off/pick-up, parking convenience and patient, family, visitor and staff experience including the development of First Nations & Metis Cultural Centre. Safety encompasses a holistic view of physical, psychological, social, emotional and cultural safety and aligns with SPH and Saskatchewan Health Authority’s (SHA) Values. The expected outcome is a safe and welcoming front grounds and main entrance.
This will be a two-stage procurement for General Contractor Services. The first stage is to identify a shortlist of prequalified respondents who will be invited to participate in the second-stage RFP.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 25 month(s).
