Janitorial Services in Saskatoon, Langham, and Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of janitorial services in the city of Saskatoon, Meadow Lake, and the town of Langham, Saskatchewan, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

For the purpose of this RFP, Appendix D – Mandatory Requirements & Submission Form and Appendix B – Pricing Form are attached separately. Proponents are requested to complete and submit these forms as their response adhering to the Submission Guidelines on page 22.
For your reference, Appendix A – RFP Particulars on page 17 contains details of the required services.

See page 4 for site visit schedules. Proponents are expected to be familiar with the building(s) responding for. Current service providers and Proponents who previously worked at the GOS building(s) will receive the full site visit score. If the Proponent is highly familiar with the building, Proponent should provide rationale for not attending the site visit in the submission form which will be considered and will be rated accordingly.

The intent of the Information Sessions is to provide Proponents with an overview of the Procurement Process as it relates to this RFP.
