The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) intends to contract with CBPC Developments LP, its general partner 102109172 Saskatchewan LTD and NICOR group of Companies LTD, on the basis that they are the only supplier able to act as the source of procurement, given the specificality of the current landed property need, the associated requisite services and location for lease, that meets SHA's requirements for this procurement.
Additional Information
Suppliers that consider themselves able to meet the Saskatchewan Health Authority's (SHA) leased space requirements can challenge this action by submitting a written statement of the capabilities that clearly demonstrates how they meet these requirements. All statements of capabilities that are received will be evaluated to determine if one or more suppliers are capable of meeting the requirements.
In the event that one or more suppliers are capable of meeting SHA's requirements, SHA may conduct a competitive process before making any final award.
If no written statements of capabilities are received, or if SHA determines based on its evaluation that no other supplier is capable of meeting the requirements, SHA intends to proceed to award the contract and no further procurement process will be undertaken.
