This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Respondents to provide Responses in order to be included on a prequalified list of contractors, in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Section 2.3 Stage II – Written Evaluation). The prequalified contractors must be qualified to provide the installation of roadway traffic signs on the provincial highway network on an “if and when required” basis, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A). This RFSQ is a continuous onboarding process.
