Pharmacy Services for Regina Correctional Centre

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety (CPPS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Pharmacy Services for the Regina Correctional Centre and White Birch Remand Unit. These facilities are adult correctional facilities and serve the southern area in the province of Saskatchewan, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

Site Visit (Non-Mandatory)
In order to fully understand the scope of the requirements, proponents are encouraged to attend an in-person site visit prior to submitting a proposal. The site visit is not mandatory but encouraged. A site visit pertaining to this competition may be scheduled as follows:

If a Proponent is interested in participating in the site visit as scheduled above, please email rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca by March 11, 2024, with the following information:
• The RFP reference number and name in the subject line;
• Name of representative(s) who will be attending;
• General questions or items the Proponent proses to ask at the site visit, if any.
Representative(s) who will be attending will need to fill out a facility Application for Access form prior to the site visit and email it to the RFP Contact prior to attending. The form will be sent to the representative(s) once Proponent(s) have requested interest in attending by emailing rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca. Representative(s) will also provide a colour scan or picture of their driver’s license with the Application for Access form.
All questions and answers from the site visits will be posted on the competition at SaskTenders. Steps will be taken to protect any proprietary Proponent information in preparation of these materials.
A Submission provided by a Proponent who has not attended a site visit will still be considered, provided that all of the requirements of this Request for Proposal (8771) are met.
