This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of vendor managed inventory, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). Vendor managed inventory was implemented to help supplement the daily requirements of consumable items at the Ministry of Highways (MoH) fleet equipment repair depots.
The following locations require a vendor managed inventory solution:
- Moose Jaw;
- North Battleford;
- Prince Albert;
- Saskatoon;
- Swift Current;
- Weyburn;
- Meadow Lake; and
- Yorkton.
Additional Information
Proponents are enouraged to attend a non-mandatory site visit and/or a non-mandatory submission best practices meeting. See the Request for Proposal document for more information.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s).
