Description
Cybera, through its ShareIT Program, is conducting a Supplemental Supplier Intake Opportunity for the existing Information Technology Services Roster established under RFPQ C22-004.
The purpose of this intake opportunity is to provide additional qualified suppliers with an opportunity to qualify for the existing roster and participate in future Second Stage Procurement Initiatives issued by ShareIT Participating Members. Existing roster suppliers may also apply for qualification in additional service categories for which they are not currently pre-qualified.
Service categories include:
• Cybersecurity Services
• IT Project Management
• Development and Operations Services
• Network Services
• Infrastructure Services
Successful proponents added to the roster through this intake opportunity will be eligible to participate in future Second Stage Procurement Initiatives for the remainder of the current roster term, currently scheduled to expire April 30, 2028.
Interested proponents should review the Supplemental Supplier Intake Notice, Original RFPQ C22-004 (including all issued addenda), and associated procurement documents, and submit a response through the procurement portal in accordance with the requirements outlined in the procurement documents.
Additional Information
Submission responses must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement Portal prior to the Submission Deadline. Responses submitted by email, mail, facsimile, or any other means of delivery will not be accepted.
Proponents are solely responsible for ensuring that their submission is successfully uploaded and received through the Euna Procurement Portal prior to the Submission Deadline. Cybera assumes no responsibility for submissions that are not received due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or any other circumstances beyond Cybera's control.
Late submissions will not be accepted and will receive no further consideration.
