    Description

    The City of Saskatoon (CoS), Information Technology (IT) Department, requires a qualified Service Provider to deliver end-user products and services.

    The City of Saskatoon is looking to engage with one (1) service provider who can deliver on the following sections:

    • Total Device Lifecycle (TDLC) includes the complete lifecycle management of Microsoft Windows, iOS and Android devices where additional services are applied to a hardware product to provide the CoS with a complete compute TDLC services are detailed below.

    • Components, Peripherals and Accessories are IT devices and equipment that would not have the same lifecycle management as TDLC solutions and are typically procured as hardware with warranty.
