Submissions clearly marked "COR6608 - Various Road Construction Equipment", in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.
The intent of this RFP is to obtain multi-year pricing for the supply and delivery of the following road construction equipment:
- Package A – Rubber Tired Asphalt Paver (Total Cost of Ownership Contract) with Trade- In
- Option
- Package B – Large Asphalt Cold Planer (Total Cost of Ownership Contract) with Trade-In
- Option
- Package C – Mid Size Asphalt Cold Planer (Total Cost of Ownership Contract)
- Package D – Combination Asphalt Roller
- Package E – Rubber Tired Self-Propelled Wobbly Compactor with Trade-In Option
Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:
•Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
•Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
•Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 37 month(s).
