The City of Saskatoon's inspection and deck testing program has recommended the Broadway Bridge for a rehabilitation, which is tentatively planned for 2025.
The scope of work for the structure may include, but is not limited to, the following items as described below:
• Review background information; • Conduct field inspections; • Create a testing plan; • Provide optimal timing for the required work; • Provide detailed cost estimates for various options of rehabilitations; • Undertake preliminary design for rehabilitation works; • Lead utility coordination; • Conduct comprehensive stakeholder meeting and assist with ongoing stakeholder engagement; • Complete the detailed design; • Assemble the construction bid documents; • Provide engineering services during construction; and • Provide post-construction services
