Description
This project includes the following as detailed within the drawings and specification; Replacement of the existing hydronic hot water heating plant, replacement of the existing pneumatic controls systems with a new digital EMCS, replacement of the existing terminal unit heating valves, replacement of the existing domestic hot water heater, and replacement of the existing DX condensing unit and associated cooling coil.
Substantial Completion date August 15, 2023.

A site walk through for Contractor’s will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 12:00 p.m.
The walk through will take place at Leader Composite School. The address is 401 - 5th Street
West, Leader, Saskatchewan. Meet at the front entrance to the school. All companies planning on
attending the site walk through shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. a minimum of 24 hours prior
to the walk through.
This walkthrough is considered to be mandatory to be able to bid to the project.
Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. Copies of the Tender
Documents may be obtained from: HDA Engineering Ltd., 2334 8th Avenue, Regina,
Saskatchewan (306-525-9815).
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Tenders will be accepted from
qualified Contractors. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties
without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified and from parties have not
performed well on previous projects for the Owner. These reservations shall apply equally to
Sub-Contractors.

The estimated contract period will be 1 month(s).
