CONSTRUCTION OF TWIN OVERPASSESS on the northbound and southbound lanes of Highway No. 6 over the Highway No. 1 located south of Regina and for the CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACE STRUCTURE required to raise the grade on Highway No. 6 and associated ramps for TOTAL DISTANCE OF 3.0 km.

Bidders may request a debriefing session from Single Procurement Service by emailing spsconstruction@gov.sk.ca within 30 days after the award notification date. The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.

The Ministry of Highways (MoH) is piloting this bridge competition with "two bid closing times" as follows:
Bidders are required to submit the Lump Sum Bid Form by 2:00 P.M. on the closing date.
Bidders are required to submit the Bid Price Breakdown by 4:00 P.M. on the closing date.
