    CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 9 from its junction with Highway No. 1 at the town of Whitewood to south of the Qu’Appelle Valley for a LENGTH OF 18.95 KM and on Highway No. 9 near the Richardson Pioneer Access from km 34.48 to km 35.17; for a TOTAL LENGTH OF 19.46 KM; and the CONSTRUCTION OF INTERSECTION TREATMENTS; a median acceleration lane on the eastbound lanes of Hwy 1 at Whitewood and a southbound bypass lane on Hwy 9 at Richardson Pioneer access; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 2 TREATMENTS.
