CONSTRUCTION OF SHOULDER WIDENING, ONE INTERSECTION TREATMENT, GRADELINE IMPROVEMENTS, RESURFACING, AND TWO PASSING LANES on Highway No. 5-08 from 14.8 km west of Highway No. 2 to 0.42 km east of Blucher Road; and CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW SURFACING STRUCTURE on the St. Denis Access from the junction with Highway No. 5 to 1.72 km north of the junction with Highway No. 5 for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 17.52 km.
