This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Respondents to provide Responses for the provision of LLM25006a – Cooper Place - Building Envelope Rehabilitation, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A).
This project focuses on addressing critical structural and safety concerns regarding the granite façade of the Cooper Place Building, situated at the intersection of Albert Street and College Avenue in Regina.
This is a two-stage procurement, the RFSQ being the first stage. The secondary stage, the , Request for Bid (RFB), will follow and only the prequalified Respondents identified in stage-one will be invited to bid.

Respondents must submit by email.
The GOS does not assume any responsibility for delayed or rejected Responses. Respondents acknowledge that all risks associated with Responses are their sole responsibility, and that late Responses, regardless of the reason, will be rejected.
If there are multiple Responses received from a Respondent, the last email copy submitted will prevail.
