Physician Recruiter Services

The purpose of this document is to identify potential qualified Proponents for the provision of Physician Recruitment Services to patients/clients/residents of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) for various locations in the province of Saskatchewan.
Despite this RFP being posted on SaskTenders, this RFP relates to the provision of "health services" as described in Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, and this procurement is therefore not subject to those trade agreements.

This RFP is for the provision of all third party physician recruitment services to supplement existing local, provincial, Canadian, International and international physician qualification recognition programs already in process as listed in section 2.

These services include, as a priority:
 Up to thirteen (13) Psychiatry providers (Adult and Child Psychiatry) in both urban and rural settings
 Up to nine (9) Anesthesia providers, both Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (or eligible) for urban and rural Family Physicians with Anesthesia additional training for rural practice.  
 Up to four (4) Pediatrician providers, for urban and rural.
 Up to forty (40) Primary Health Care/ Family Medicine ( Rural including Rural Emergency Room/Acute Care and Urban clinic based)
The recruitment firm is expected to provide the SHA with physician recruits in a particular discipline as noted above.
SHA will review responses and establish next steps and based on the responses, SHA reserves the right to negotiate a service agreement directly with one or more of the interested respondents.
