Description

SGI is conducting this Request for Proposals for Issuer Support and Hardware Maintenance.

SGI is seeking a vendor to provide managed onsite IT support and lifecycle management services for SGI-supplied equipment at 339 license issuing offices across Saskatchewan. The chosen vendor will be responsible for delivering ongoing support and repair services, replacing equipment as needed, and managing an inventory of spare equipment.
