Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of the Integrated Justice Information Management System (IJIMS) Small Systems Managed Services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).
The Ministry of Justice and Attorney General (JAG) and the Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety (CPPS), hereby referred to as (the Ministries), currently have four applications that are under the IJIMS Small Systems portfolio that are supported, maintained, and enhanced by two primary Service Providers. The support and maintenance contract for three applications is held by one Service Provider and is coming to an end in 2023. Regarding the fourth application, the current Service Provider is no longer in a position to provide the support and maintenance services that the Ministries requires, hence the Ministries are seeking a Proponent to provide a one-stop source for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of the solutions.
