Optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging system
An OCT imaging system is sought for membrane fouling and biofilm studies.
Through the competitive bid process, Vendors are requested to provide their “best pricing offer” (See Article 2.10) on the product listed. Vendors may also offer their “equivalents or better”, which in their opinion equal or exceed the technical or performance standards of the described item.
The acquisition of the equipment and/or services outlined below is funded by Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) Grant and as such, further to Article 2.10, any in-kind contributions must be shown separately. For additional information on CFI Grants, please see website: www.innovation.ca

This RFT states the instructions for submitting Tenders, and the procedures and criteria by which Vendors will be selected. Please acknowledge receipt of this RFT by e-mailing the Receipt Confirmation form (see Appendix A) to the Issuing Office (see Article 2.1).
