    Description

    The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM) intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by the Canoe Procurement Group of Canada between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024.  For further information and access to Canoe Procurement Group of Canada Request for Proposal (RFP) notices, please review the Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC) website at http://vendor.purchasingconnection.ca/Search.aspx, MERX (Canadian Electronic Tendering Service) at www.merx.com, and the SaskTenders website at www.sasktenders.ca.

    This is not a competition.  The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) requires that an entity participating in a buying group publish a declaration of its intent to participate in a buying group.

    “A procurement entity shall publish a notice of its participation with the buying group at least annually on one of the tendering websites or systems designated by its Party.  That notice shall direct potential suppliers to the buying group tender notices website if it is different from its Party’s tendering websites or systems.” (CFTA, Article 504, Section 7)
