3sHealth is seeking for a Professional Facilitator with experience in healthcare to design and lead meetings for teams and/or groups. The Professional Facilitator with work with Senior Leadership to plan in advance, prepare the venue, materials, and conduct a pre-work to guide a group through a meeting to achieve their strategic goals.
At the on set, 3sHealth has annually two (2) Senior Leadership Team meetings, one (1) Board of Directors meeting and one (1) Board of Trustees meeting. Depending on the strategic goals, 3sHealth may request for the Professional Facilitator to expand their facilitation services within 3sHealth, and any other interested healthcare entities.
The Professional Facilitator will need a wide range of material that 3sHealth would like to consider for future opportunities. The intent would be to engage one firm, however 3sHealth may engage more than one firm in order to cover a broad range of subjects.
