3sHealth is undertaking this RFP in its own right and also in its capacity as agent on behalf of the Service Recipients. Certain specifications contained herein are detailed specifically for 3sHealth and specifically for SCA; in all other cases specifications are applicable to 3sHealth and all Service Recipients.
A successful Vendor under this RFP process (if any) will contract a lease arrangement directly with 3sHealth in its own right, directly with the SCA in its own right, and will contract separate lease arrangements with each Service Recipient as deemed appropriate by each Service Recipient in their own right.
For further clarification, each Service Recipient is solely responsible and liable for any lease arrangement issued by it under this RFP, including with respect to payment for any services and/or deliverables provided in accordance with such lease agreement. In no event will 3sHealth or any other Service Recipient be responsible or liable for the acts or omissions (including failure to pay) of another Service Recipient.
