NOTICE OF AMENDMENT 005
 
1. A new Annex B.1 (Amendment 003) has been posted.  It was amended to correct the following entries:
             
(a) UPS Serial # PD0904360050 on p. 11 – 2^nd no. 8 row – enter “N/A” for Year 1
(b) UPS Serial # PD0904360050 on p. 13 – last row – no “N/A” for Year 1
(c) UPS Serial # PD0642160013 on p. 19 – 5^th row from the top – no “N/A” for Year 1
(d) UPS Serial # PD1002260128 on p. 20 – 3^rd no. 10 row – enter “N/A” for Year 1.

The impacted rows listed above are underlined and highlighted in yellow for ease of reference.  Please note that the amendment from Notice of Amendment 004 below has been left highlighted for ease of reference only.
 
2. The closing date of the solicitation is amended to March 14, 2022.

3. Subsection 2.5 a) of the RFQ has been amended to permit enquiries to be made until 11:00 a.m. on March 11, 2022.  RFQ (Amendment 005) has been posted.

NOTICE OF AMENDMENT 004
 
1. Annex B.1 containing the Basis of Payment has been amended to correct the last entry at Site #12 (from “WPCAVUPS-UG-02” and “Pre-Contract Audit” to “WBPMV-UP-01 x 72” and “Battery Preventative Maintenance”) and highlighted for ease of reference.  A new Annex B.1 is attached; and
2. The closing date of the solicitation is amended to March 9, 2022.

1. The closing date of the solicitation is amended to March 8, 2022; and
2. The document “Bidder’s Question and Answer – 001” was published.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
 
Shared Services Canada, at various locations across Canada, requires APC/Schneider Consolidated Maintenance and Support for SSC, as outlined in the attached Request for Quotations.
 
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
 
The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B.1 – Basis of Payment.
 
Please refer to the Request for Quotations document for the complete details regarding this requirement including the mandatory criteria, evaluation criteria and basis of selection.
 
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
 
Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Contracting Authority’s email or through the Procure to Pay (P2P) portal. Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted, except in exceptional circumstances, for the subject bid solicitation.
 
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
 
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
