Airtable Enterprise (or equivalent) Subscriptions

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Canada School of Public Service (the "Client") for the supply and delivery of networking products as per Annex A – List of Deliverables and Prices.

Equivalent products at minimum, must include the following functionalities:
  1. Complex conditional fields (multi-conditions)
  2. Nuanced Permissions (edit, read, share, etc.)
  3. Links for Editable Form
  4. Links for Locked Form
  5. Internally Shareable
  6. Externally Shareable
  7. Variety of field types (drop down, free text, etc)
  8. Lookups between views/bases (of all field types)
  9. Different view setups (other than spreadsheet style)
  10. Automations
  11. A calendar function that enables us to:
  1. Access events details directly from the calendar
  2. Filter by categories (create different views of the same calendar)
  3. Record events  by color
  4. Define a date range
  5. Move events by dragging directly in the calendar
  6. Share to partners/clients
  7. Customize labels (what appears in the event title in calendar)
  8. Work in real-time with colleagues

     
  9. Bids must be submitted through the P2P portal by the date and time indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation.

  11. view and access solicitations from SSC;
  12. submit a response to a solicitation;
  13. receive updates and amendments regarding solicitations;
  14. be awarded contracts and receive contract amendments; and
  15. submit invoices and receive payment status updates.
