Description
Request for Quotes for support and maintenance services for hardware and software. for DND - details provided in Annex A of the RFQ

Contract Period: October 11, 2023 to October 10, 2024

Electronic Submission of Bids

  1. Bids must be submitted through the P2P portal by the date and time indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation. Bidders must register in the SSC P2P portal in order to:
    1. view and access solicitations from SSC;
    2. submit a response to a solicitation;
    3. receive updates and amendments regarding solicitations;
    4. be awarded contracts and receive contract amendments; and
    5. submit invoices and receive payment status updates.

  1. Submission through P2P Mandatory: All bidders must attempt to submit their bids through the P2P portal.
     
  2. Submissions not permitted after Solicitation Closing: After Solicitation Closing, the P2P system will not permit a bidder to submit a bid.

    Amendment 1 - is to change the duration of the contract, and correct, some service start date, and to co-term all the end dates. 

    Amendment 2 - is to extend the closing date of the RFP and to remove items related to Nvidia from the list of deliverables 

    Amendment 3 - is to extend the closing date of the RFP to September 28th, 2023 @ 2:00PM (EST) - No other changes to the RFQ
