AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. **All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on September 10th, 2021 by 14H00 EDT. **All bids submitted after 14H00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. **Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA), is releasing this Letter of Interest (LOI) to inform industry of upcoming activities related to Health Beyond.** The CSA would like to inform industry with respect to the Government of Canada’s intention to proceed with a potential Request for Proposal (RFP) to develop an active neutron spectrometer for the Gateway-Habitation and Logistics Outpost Module (HALO) under the Lunar Exploration Accelerator Program (LEAP). **LEAP is aimed at supporting Canadian firms in the development and demonstration of innovative space-based technologies that link to Canada’s participation in the Lunar Gateway. **Specifically, this investment is aligned with the LEAP Health Initiative (Health Beyond) with the goal of awarding contracts for the development of health technologies for deep space missions. **The project will include a Technology Demonstration of the proposed instrument aboard the International Space Station (ISS) prior to its delivery to the Gateway. **
