    AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on October 18, 2021, by 02:00PM EDT. All bids submitted after that date and time will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) is seeking the services of qualified Bidders to aid in the coordination, processing, logistics and data transfer for PHAC-directed COVID-19 testing of international travellers entering Canada as per the Order in Council. The Work is to include provision of individually packaged specimen collection materials, on site and virtually observed specimen collection by a health care professional, individual electronic data capture to link specimens to travellers, specimens transport for specimen processing at a COVID-19 laboratory testing facilities, processing for the molecular detection of SARS-COV-2 using a Health Canada approved Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) / Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (NAAT) test or using a laboratory-developed PCR / NAAT test permitted for use in Canada, and secure electronic reporting of test results to the individual, the province and/or territory (P/T) of jurisdiction and PHAC.

    The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2021/11/01.
