AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 04 March 2022 by 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. SUMMARY: The Department of National Defence requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of Commercial Explosives including Ammonium Nitrate Fuel Oil (ANFO) and boosters on an as and when required basis. Delivery is required to be made to the Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD), Dundurn, SK. The period of the requirement is from 01 April 2022 to 31 March 2025. This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO numbers Doc3318968689 dated 27 January 2022 with a closing of 18 February 2022 at 2:00pm EST and Doc3354616305 dated 04 February 2022 with a closing of 22 February 2022 at 2:00pm EST.
