    Description
    The principal works to be executed and for which all materials, plant and labour are to be supplied by the Contractor are as shown in the plans and in the specifications. In general, the work includes, but not limited to the following: .1. The replacement of all nine (9) valve room equipment including dry valve, air compressor, accelerator valve, check valves main drain valves main water supply control valves and all appurtenances and connect to existing water meter which shall remain.2 The Work includes new base board heater for all nine (9) valve stations..3 Provide training operation and maintenance.4 All test required. The work is located at the multiple valve stations throughout Steveston Paramount Complex (12740 Trites Road, Richmond)
