TITLE: SWOT-C Sustaining Engineering ** Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) located in St-Hubert (Quebec), is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to acquire services to conduct work for SWOT-C Sustaining Engineering. ** SWOT-C (Surface Water Ocean Topography – Canada) is a joint mission between NASA and CNES to develop a spacecraft capable of precisely measuring the elevation of the Earth’s oceans and water bodies on land. **
