Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All Request for Information (RFI) responses must be submitted on May 3 2022, by 2:00 PM EDT. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) is requesting Industry feedback on the following CIPO IT Modernization Phase 2 (ITM2) initiative requirements: Intellectual Property Rights Management Services (IPRMS) and CIPO Digital Services (CDS). Should Canada proceed with a Request for Proposal (RFP) following the Request for Information (RFI), it is anticipated that the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services Supply Arrangement (TBIPS SA) procurement vehicle will be used. Only suppliers who are registered and qualified under the TBIPS SA Tier 2 for the resulting streams and categories will be eligible to submit a bid.
