SUMMARY: The Department of National Defence (DND), has a requirement for grounds maintenance services for Real Property Operations Unit (West) – Detachment Shilo, Manitoba. Services are to be provided on an ‘as and when required basis”. The period of the Standing Offer is for two (2) year firm , with two (2) one-year-option periods.
