All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by April 14, 2023, at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Global Affairs Canada, requires the services of a contractor to provide and manage a full range of hospitality functions related to food and housekeeping. These services must be delivered at a high level, congruent with official events hosted by the Prime Minister and federal ministers for heads of state, heads of government, foreign dignitaries, and high-level guests of honour. These services will mainly be provided in two locations: the official government hospitality center on the ninth floor of Lester B. Pearson Building, and the Canadian official guest house located at 7 Rideau Gate, but may be required on an “as and when requested” basis at other venues in the National Capital Region such as museums, banquet halls, or federal buildings.
