The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain detailed information on market readiness, to permit an informed decision to be made on a Learning Management System (LMS) that meets the functional, security and accessibility requirements for ESDC, in compliance with The Accessible Canada Act (Bill C-81) that came into force in June 2019
