    Project Description: PSPC on behalf of DFO has a requirement for a marine borehole geotechnical investigation in support of planning and design of breakwater improvements at Neil’s Harbour Small Craft Harbour in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Invited Firms: This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 for Heavy Civil Engineering Services. The invited firms qualified under the Geotechnical Engineering discipline for the province of Nova Scotia are: Harbourside Engineering Consultants, Wood Canada Ltd, Roy Consultants. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, N.S.
