Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, has a requirement for the purchase and installation of Digital Television Services at CFB Halifax buildings within the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). The term of the contract is for three (3) years with an option to extend the contract by two (2) additional one-year period. It is optional that the Offeror or a representative of the Offeror attend the site visit. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on May 14, 2024. To attend the site visit, Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 14:00pm ADT on May 06, 2024 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot. Offerors who do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting an offer. This document contains a security requirement.
