Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number W0100-234272/A dated March 27, 2024 with a closing of June 06, 2024. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, has a requirement for the purchase and installation of Digital Television Services at CFB Halifax buildings within the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). The term of the contract is for three (3) years from April 01st, 2025 to March 31, 2028 with an option to extend the contract by two (2) additional one-year period. It is optional that the Offeror or a representative of the Offeror attend the site visit. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on January 15, 2025. To attend the site visit, Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 12:00pm on January 13, 2025 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot. Offerors who do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting an offer.
