AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by May 8 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This RFP is limited to EP361-230050 Supply Arrangement (SA) holders. Employment and social development Canada (ESDC) is seeking one (1) lead marketing and advertising creative agency to provide a full range of creative development and advertising-related services for: ESDC advertising and marketing campaigns. The contract will be from date of award until March 31, 2025 with the possibility of two (2) additional one (1) year irrevocable option periods. The services must be carried out as described in Annex “A”, Statement of Work.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 9 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/06/03.
