AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Contractor must supply all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation required to accomplish the janitorial cleaning services for Department of National Defence Edmonton to the satisfaction of the Technical Authority, for the Term of Contract 2026-05-01 to 2029-04-30 inclusive. The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit 2025-11-25. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority to confirm attendance.
